Context​

To better integrate with my team members, I have revisited Agile methodologies and discussed future work approaches with them.

Outcome​

  • Agreement on Sprint Activities arragement.

  • To facilitate effective communication both online and offline, I utilized Miro to design templates for Sprint review, Sprint planning, and Retrospective meetings, taking into account the actual working conditions and needs of the team in the early phase.

Context​

During the process of analyzing and organizing project requirements, it is important to make adjustments to management to ensure successful outcomes. Timely project review is particularly critical.
